Our delivery is a flat fee of £2.99 and allocated the delivery service to either courier or royal mail based on the weight and size of your order.
As our products are all made to order and we need time to do a fine work, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days. Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally circumstances out-with our control such as extreme weather conditions or delivery service vehicle breakdowns will mean that some deliveries may be delayed. We would always communicate this with you, so you are kept in the loop.
We generally do not accept returns because the products are made to order. But If you are unhappy with your order for any reason and require either a replacement or a refund or have any issues at all with the process, please in the first instance email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07969 142706 where we will be more than happy to help.
